Q. How much notice is required to book my wedding car?

A. Most couples start looking for a car approximately 6 months before the wedding date, to ensure availability. The sooner you start looking for your dream wedding car, the more choice you will have. We have taken quite a few booking for 2015 & 2016 already! Depending on your choice, not all cars are the same and therefore availability may vary, so we do recommend you reserve your car at least 1 year in advance to be safe.

Q. How long do I book the car for?

A. We have vast experience in different cultural traditions and religious ceremonies and treat all weddings with this in mind. A Christian wedding will usually require 3 - 4 hours for duration of hire, whereas a Hindi wedding may need between 6 10 hours. These are of course only 2 examples. Therefore it is advisable to contact us to enable us to provide you with an accurate costing of hire.

Q. How do I book my wedding car?

A. Initially, first contact would probably be by email or phone to ensure your date is free for your selected choice of car. We would need date of hire, collection time, duration of hire and where the wedding will take place to enable us to provide you with a quote. In order to secure the car booking we would then require you fill out our booking form and pay a deposit. You can pay by cheque, cash or bank transfer. Once the booking form has been submitted and deposit has been received, we will confirm your booking and reserve the car for your special day.

Q. What is included in the price?

A. The price of booking includes:

- Uniformed chauffeur with peak cap
- Ribbons in a choice of colours to match your theme
- Silk flower display on rear parcel shelf
- Impeccable service

If you fancy settling the nerves with a glass of bubbly, this can be organised by prior arrangement. We can also provide personalized number plates (for photo purpose only) and personalized ribbon at a small cost.

Q. What will happen if the car breaks down?

A. All our cars are maintained to the highest standard and each car is checked and prepared before each booking so a breakdown is highly unlikely. Additionally, all our drivers are trained to deal with most eventualities, so the unlikely event of a breakdown, we will endeavor to proceed with your booking smoothly, whether we remedy the fault or send an alternative vehicle.

Q. How far will the vintage/classic cars travel?

A. We generally accept bookings within a 50 mile radius of our base in LS26. Whether you are just down the road or within our service region we look forward to chaffering you on your big day while you sit back, relax and enjoy the ride.
